Seedance2Video provides AI video generation workflows, including text-to-video and image-to-video modes, task tracking, and downloadable outputs based on available product capabilities.

Credits, Plans, and Payments

• Video generation consumes credits as shown in the product interface.
• Payments are processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe.
• Prices, credit packages, and plan features may change prospectively.
• Failed or canceled generation tasks may receive automatic credit refunds according to system rules. Except where required by law, other payments are generally non-refundable.

User Content and License

• You retain rights to prompts and files you submit.
• You represent that you have the necessary rights to upload and use submitted content.
• You grant Seedance2Video a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, transmit, and transform your content solely to operate, secure, and improve the Service (including generating requested outputs).

Acceptable Use

• Use the Service to create or distribute malware, spam, or abusive content.
• Interfere with, probe, or attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or networks.

AI Output Disclaimer

Generated outputs may vary in quality and may contain errors or unexpected results. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before use, publication, or commercial distribution.

The Service, including its software, design, branding, and non-user content, is owned by Seedance2Video or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk to the Service, or as required by law.
